I completed my diploma from Counselling Training the Midlands, which is a Centre of Excellence. I have in the past trained with Nottingham Women’s Centre. Currently I work for a bereavement agency. 

I have also attended training and courses for a range of diverse issues including: 

• Bereavement 
• Trauma Informed practice 
• Domestic Violence 
• Depression 
• Neurodiversity 
• Working with children

During my work to date, I have supported clients experiencing many other issues, like illness, long-term health issues, living with autism, anger, self-esteem, trauma, self-concept, depression, issues of trust, and relational challenges.

I work with a diverse mix of age, sexuality and ethnicities.

I have personal and extended experience of neurodiversity and deafness.
